Like everybody else, I need money. Not really tons of it but hey, I need to pay for my rolls of film, processing and all the printing for my photography wall that I decided to join the money-making blog bandwagon aside from the inconspicuous little Google Adsense Ads that I have on my posts ever since I have decided to take sidemirrorshooting a little more seriously. Scattered in the internet are tons of money making deals from Adsense -> Survey Says. But I’ve had enough of posting little ads all around my site. (Any more and my site will be known as sidemirrorclassifieds).

Then, Bai told me about a site that pays for your posts or something of that sort. So after a few minutes of waiting and he made some fumbling around Google or wherever. Ta-da! Here comes Smorty a type of blog advertising site.

Smorty? Yep, as I have read, it’s one of the more popular sites that actually pays you to blog, which is something easy and fun to do especially if you’re really into writing and basically have an opinion about something or a lot of things or mostly everything. All you have to do is get yourself a blog (something at Blogger would suffice if you want some free hosting, Wordpress doesn’t really allow paid advertising posts … their strict guidelines), post something remotely interesting in English, sign up for an account at Smorty, submit your blog and hope they approve it and start earning some money by taking up jobs or submitting posts about products and services and anything that would grab attention of your readers and the advertisers that would do double-takes on your posts and would get you to write for their merchandise and all that. And in effect, you get paid and be linked by the advertisers, you get more traffic, both blogger and advertiser gets marketed and everyone’s happy. Money all around.
